Die-cast metal with rubber tires, metal rims, steerable front wheels, hole-style hitch. New in the box, box is in good condition with a couple minor imperfections. Made in the U.S.A. in 1996 by Ertl, 8" L x 4½" H x 3½" W, for ages 8 & up. Vintage, older out of production toy. AS IS.
