Saint Stylianos

Saint Stylianos from Paphlagonia was the offspring of a wealthy family and was raised to be abstinent, giving significance to money only to relieve the poor and needy. He had a great love for children and believed that their pure soul was non-comparable even to the souls of great philosophers. God bestowed upon him the gift of healing children and also the ability to make barren women fertile giving them the gift of childbearing.
